Yvonne Denise French

Yvonne D. French, 62, of Cedar Springs, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Sunday, September 3, 2006 while in the presence of her family, at her home. Yvonne was a Christ centered woman whose family and church were her earthly focal points. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, horseback riding, gardening, and loved to sew. Yvonne was an active member at North Casnovia Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Darrel; three children, Kimberly & Mike King of Grant, Curtis & Carrie French of Rockford, Lee & Jennifer French of Sand Lake; eight grandchildren, Jessica, Aaron, Courtney, Brian, Adrian, Nathan, Joshua and McKenna; her father, Howard Rinkeviczie of Cedar Springs, formerly of Rockford; 2 brothers, Ben and Ann Rinkeviczie of Greenville and Steve and Diane Rinkeviczie of Mesa, AZ; her parents-in-law, Ken & Mary French of Cedar Springs; 2 brothers-in-law, Larry & Olga French of Cedar Springs, Gerry Norquist of Sand Lake; 1 sister-in-law, Mariann & Wayne Bedell of Plainwell; several nieces and nephews. Yvonne was preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia (Cowles) Rinkeviczie, and sister-in-law, Nancy Norquist. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at North Casnovia Baptist Church, 1625 Canada Road, Bailey, MI with Pastor Mike King and Pastor Kelly Carlson officiating. Interment Solon Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the North Casnovia Baptist Church Building Fund or Hospice of Michigan. Visitation will take place at North Casnovia Baptist Church on Friday 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 am until the time of service.
