William "Fred" Shick

William Fredrick Shick age 89 of Sand Lake died Thursday, June 22, 2023 at home with his family. He was born December 7, 1933 in Sand Lake the son of John and Iva (Riley) Shick. Fred was born, raised and died on the family farm. He enjoyed fishing but his life centered around his family. Surviving are his wife of 70 years Carol; children, Michael (Cynthia) Shick, Patrick (Sue) Shick, Shannon (Michael) Silva, Wendy (Brian) Bradley; 12 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; 2 sisters, Beverly Wesche and Verna Wesche. He was preceded in death by a son, Jeff Shick and a daughter-in-law, Cheri Shick. Private funeral services will be held at K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Interment Sand Lake Cemetery.
