William (Bill) A. Bowyer Sr.

William (Bill) A. Bowyer Sr. age 66 of Howard City died Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at his home. Bill was born September 2, 1954 the son of Harry and Beverly (Mead) Bowyer. He loved hunting, fishing, bowling and going to the Berlin Raceway. He worked for 42 years at PCA in Wyoming. Bill was a volunteer on the Sand Lake Fire Department for 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Susan (Stalhood) Bowyer of 43 years; children, Diane (Adam) Madry, John (Kati) Merlington, William (Amy) Bowyer Jr, Harry Bowyer and Robert Bowyer; 11 grandchildren; 9.5 great grandchildren; sisters, Ivah Jennings, Beverly Hale, Norma Zimmer, Yvonne Male; in-laws, Randy (Sherry) Stalhood and many nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends 11:00 am Friday at Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home Cedar Springs until time of service at 12 noon. Pastor Rick Chapin of Eagles Nest Church officiating.
