Wanda Nester

Wanda (Coykendall) Newville-Nester, 65 of Cedar Springs, died Friday, March 16, 2007 at her home. Wanda was born April 14, 1941 in East Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of Willard and Emogene (Dunn) Coykendall. She was a member of the Cedar Springs American Legion Post and the 40 et 8. Surviving are 5 children, Becky & Joe Ortiz, Del Newville & Mickey, Ruth & Ernest Cantu, John & Chris Newville, Lee Newville & Kari; 13 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; 1 brother, Erwin “Bo” Coykendall; 1 sister, Ruth Polensky; dear friends, Monica and Dorothy. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Newville and a granddaughter. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, www.blisswitterspike.com where services will be held Monday 11:00 am. Pastor Richard Tramaat officiating. Interment East Nelson Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
