Timothy C. Chilcote

Timothy C. Chilcote 50 of Sand Lake, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 from accidental injuries. Tim was born July 23, 1959 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Harold and Alice (Mullien) Chilcote. He was a 1977 graduate of Tri-County High School and was attending Kent City Baptist Church. He was a great father, enjoyed the outdoors and was a hard worker. He loved the Lord and had a heart for youth ministry. Surviving are his wife, Shellie (Fisk), children, Chase, Clint, Laura, and Cole; mother, Alice Chilcote; brothers, Gary (Deb), Brian (Peggy); aunt, Rosemary (Ernest) Schmidt; parents-in-law, Ross & Kathy Fisk; many other Fisk family members. He was preceded in death by his father. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. The funeral service will be held Monday 11:00 am at Kent City Baptist Church with viewing beginning at 10:00 am. Pastor Neal Stockeland officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Alpha Family Center, Cedar Springs or Good News Camp, Gladwin.
