Thomas R. Nester

Thomas Richard Nester age 70 of Cedar Springs died Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital. He was born March 24, 1955 in Grand Rapids the son of the late Gordon and Lois (Hoaglin) Nester. Tom was a truck driver for 49 years. Surviving are his wife of 20 years, Margaret (Melle) Nester; stepson, James Cole; siblings, Wayne (Kathy) Jones, Willie (Pam) Nester, Tim (Renee) Nester, Joyce Crawford; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Susie. Cremation has taken place per his wishes and there will be no services at this time. Arrangements by K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
