Thomas A. Heiss

Thomas Arden Heiss age 65 of Cedar Springs, died Thursday, June 4, 2026 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 6, 1960 in Grand Rapids, the son of Walter and Patricia (Funk) Heiss. Tom had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing. He loved to listen to Ted Nugent and Bob Seger. Tom was a great guy and will be missed by all who loved him.

Tom is survived by his children, Jodi (Jess) Heiss, Jerome Heiss; granddaughters, Mariah and Mya. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Julie Heiss; siblings, Dennis and Kris Heiss, Beth Buyze; cherished dogs, Buck, Zeus, and Trixie.

A celebration of life will be held 5:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12 at his home.
