Steven J. Kwekel

Steven James Kwekel, 62 of Cedar Springs, died Thursday, September 10, 2015 at his home. Steve was born May 29, 1953 in Independence, MO the son of Arie and Barbara (Olmsted) Kwekel, Jr. Surviving are his children, Shawn (Katie), Ryan (Jenny), Karie, Kelly (Kevin), Brianna, and Nicole; 11 grandchildren; stepmother, Judy Kwekel; siblings, Doug (Cheri), Jack, Rob (Mary), Tim (Barb), Calvin (Meghan), Diane Strobridge, Lori Hammond, Shery Hammond; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a grandson. The family will greet friends Wednesday from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm at Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Michael Shiery officiating. Interment East Nelson Cemetery.
