Shirley A. Raymond

Shirley A. Raymond, 71 of Sand Lake, died Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at her home. Shirley was born April 9, 1944 in Bay City, MI the daughter of Robert and Blanch (Dickerson) Stoken. She had worked at Grand Rapids Metalcraft for 28 years and GR Controls. She was very involved in the Tri-County Eagles Ladies Auxiliary #4467 where she had served as trustee, chaplain and vice-president. Shirley loved her family and grandkids, she enjoyed music and karaoke, camping, fishing and boating. Surviving are her husband, Alfred whom she married on August 28, 1965; children, Scott (Cinda) Raymond, Gordon Raymond, Dennis (Diane) Raymond, Susan Raymond, Marcey (Dale) Allington; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister, Connie Stoken. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Stoken. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where the service will be held Monday 1:00 pm. Pastor Jim Alblas officiating.
