Scott M. Peevy

Scott M. Peevy age 54 of Cedar Springs, died Monday, August 31, 2020 at his home. Scott was born November 19, 1965 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Randal and Susan (Wilson) Peevy. He served in the U.S. Army during the Persian Gulf War. Scott took pride in being an iron worker and a mechanic. He could fix anything and would for anyone. He loved his two dogs and to ride his Harley. He had a big heart and was a loving father. Surviving are his sons, Blade Konkle and fiancee, Autumn, Dalton Peevy; step daughter, Brittany K.; mother, Susan Helms; brother, Shannon Helms; sisters, Tanya (Todd) Hubbard, Tracy (Marc) Krugh; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Randal Peevy and his step father, Roger Helms. A private family service will be held Thursday afternoon at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where a public visitation will be held from 6-8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
