Samantha was born May 5, 1953 in Cedar Springs, MI the daughter of Rex and Barbara (Colby) Rowland. Surviving are 1 son, Robert & Annie Harwood Jr.; 1 grandson, Robert Harwood III; parents, Rex & Barbara Rowland; 1 sister, Laurie Rowland; 3 brothers, Doug & Sheryl Rowland, Jeffrey Rowland, James Rowland & Jodi DeRuiter; 1 niece, Libby; 2 nephews, Chad and Andrew. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 pm until time of funeral service at 2:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Brian Rafferty officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs.
