Ruth N. Bowen

Ruth N. Bowen 80 of Cedar Springs, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at her daughter’s home. Ruth was born August 23, 1933 in Rixford, PA the daughter of Carl and Anna (Wagner) Holden. She enjoyed working in her yard and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were very special to her. Surviving are her children, Cynthia (Keith) Moe, Chris Bowen, Brian (Joyce) Bowen, Thomas (Deadra) Bowen; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Clifford (Dorothy) Holden, Lowell (Bobbie) Holden, Paul (Karen) Holden, David (Gail) Holden; sister, Lois (Roy) Englert; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where services will be held Thursday 11:00 am. Pastor Michael Shiery officiating. Interment Solon Township Cemetery.
