Roger "Rock" Dale Colvin, Jr.

Roger Dale Colvin, Jr. 41 of Cedar Springs, died Monday, November 5, 2012. Roger was born December 24, 1970 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Roger and Patricia (Stewart) Colvin, Sr. He was employed by Dykstra Excavating and enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and his tattoos. Surviving are his daughter, Kaylyn Colvin; grandson, Jaxson Nelson; parents, Roger and Patricia Colvin, Sr.; sisters, Carrie Thebo, Amanda (Charlie) Harris; brother, Brandon (Cristin) Colvin; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where services will be held Thursday 11:00 am. Pastor Chuck Smith officiating. Interment East Nelson Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made for his daughter, Kaylyn Colvin.
