Rocke D. Pennington

Rocke D. Pennington age 71 of Greenville, MI died Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus. Rocke was born January 17, 1948 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Roger and Rose (McIntyre) Pennington. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War. Music was his heart as well as leading the Praise and Worship Team at church. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting and playing cards. Surviving are his wife, Nancy (Tompkins); children, Jason (Dawn) Pennington, Jacob (Connie) Pennington, John (Virginia) Pennington, Jeremy (Tabitha) Pennington, and Janina Evans; 18 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Diane Wickering, Dena Feltman. He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Michael Evans; brothers, Ricke and Rande Pennington. The family will greet friends Saturday, January 18 from 12:00 pm until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Living Faith Family Church, 2543 S. Greenville Road, Greenville.
