Robert E. Wolfe

Robert E Wolfe age 75 of Sand Lake, MI passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. He was born January 9, 1950 in Fort Dodge, Iowa the son of James and Margaret Mary (Dolan) Wolfe.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Sally; children, James (Bethany) Wolfe, Shawn Wolfe, Ryen Marie (Dylan) Miles; grandchildren, Teresa (Jonathan) Hartigan, Steven Dube, Andrew (Jordan) Dube, Heather (Jason) Broome, Nicolas, Shaye, Jayme, Bobby and Avery Wolfe and great grandchildren Mason, Levi, Stevie and Sawyer; brothers and sisters: Mary Ann Buff, Cathy (Alan) Greene, Mike (Gae) Wolfe, John Patrick (Amy) Wolfe and Julie (Brent) Bohlender; countless nieces and nephews and many special friends. His beloved dog, Rosie and cat, Ollie.

Bob had the “gift to gab” and was a friend to everyone. He had a passion for working hard and standing up for what was right. He was a fierce entrepreneur being the owner and operator of many successful small businesses throughout the years alongside his wife, Sally. In addition to business, he was a farmer with a passion for raising cattle and horses.

When he was not running his businesses and farming; his summers were spent at the family cottage in Indian River, boating on Burt Lake and enjoying time with lifelong friends.

The family will greet friends Thursday, May 1 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where the service will be held Friday 11:00 am. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Friday. Deacon Jim Hessler officiating. Interment Pierson Cemetery.
