Robert G. Whittaker, 91 died September 8, 2015 in Grand Rapids. Robert was born March 27, 1924 in Washtenaw County, MI, the son of Arthur Glen & Iva (Tait) Whittaker. Surviving are his wife, Iva May Beth (Smith) Whittaker; children Mark (Barbara) Whittaker and Mary Beth (Thomas) Cooper; 3 grandchildren, Ryan T. (Cheryl) Whittaker, Katelyn May (Brian) Parker and Michael Cooper; 1 great granddaughter, Sage and sister-in-law, Phyllis Whittaker. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Burial in South Lyons Cemetery. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
