Robert J. "Jim" Jennings, Jr.

Robert James “Jim” Jennings, Jr. age 69 of Edmore died Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Corewell Health Greenville Hospital. He was born July 8, 1956, in Montgomery, AL the son of the late Robert and Vida (Bazzett) Jennings, Sr. Jim was a pipe fitter and welder for many years often traveling for his work. He enjoyed tinkering and was always working on something, whether it was cars or building things. Jim was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He served in the United States Army. He will be greatly missed. Surviving are his children, Will (Leslie) Jennings, Dawn Yates, Jamie (Calvin) Yates; grandchildren, Wayne (Brittany), AJ, Nya; great grandchildren, Brayla, Weston, Jayce; brother, George Jennings; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Vida and brothers, Ernie and Fred McIntyre, Mike Stamp. Per Jim’s wishes cremation has taken place and services will be held later. Arrangements by K.E.
