Robert Glenn Frey

Robert Glenn Frey age 90 of Ensley Township, Sand Lake died Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Mission Point of Big Rapids. Mr. Frey was born July 22, 1930 in Sand Lake, MI the son of Harry and Blanche (Verburg) Frey. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid outdoorsman. He was strong and tough and a hard worker, but had a gentle heart. Surviving are his children, Glenn Orlo Frey, Marie (Roy) Laisure, Kenneth (Annie) Frey, Dean (Tina) Frey; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sisters, Maxine Miller, Mary Ann Misner & John Cornell; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera; sister, Jean Smith; brothers, Don, John, Rich, Jim and Bill Frey; 1 great grandson, Ryan. The family will greet friends Sunday from 2-5 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. A graveside service will be held Monday 2:00 pm at Crandall Cemetery. Pastor Paul Frey officiating. Memorial contributions may be to Spectrum Health Hospice or the American Stroke Association.
