Richard "Rick" Michaels

Richard G. Michaels, 56 of Howard City, died Saturday, August 13, 2016 at his home. Rick was born May 3, 1960 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of Edward and Maryann (Nemeth) Michaels Jr. He served his country for 20 years in the U. S. Air Force and came home and served his community with the Montcalm County Sheriff Department for over 10 years. He had many hobbies including hunting, guns and cars. Surviving are his daughter, Madeline Michaels; mother, Maryann Gensler; sister, Brenda Michaels; brother, John Gensler. Cremation has taken place and burial will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
