Richard Lawrence Gillispie

Lawrence Richard Gillispie, aged 69, of Sand Lake, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 25, 2005. Lawrence was preceded in death by a son, Larry and his brothers, Leon, Nick, Allen and David. His is survived by his wife, Carol Ann (Crittendon) Gillispie; eight children, James of Kentwood, Barbara Gillispie, Bill (Tammy) , Sherry (Mike) Johnson all of Grand Rapids, Karen (Jeff) Gillispie of Walker, Kevin (Deb) of Allen, MI, Esther (Rick) Honeysette of Grant, Michelle (Dave) Gilispie of Howard City; many grand and great-grandchildren; his brothers, Kelly (Jan) of Quincy, Paul (Vicki) of Cedar Springs, Larry of Grand Rapids and Rick of Tampa, FL, many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 3 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Howard of the First Baptist Church of Cedar Springs officiating. Interment will follow at East Nelson Cemetery. Visitation Monday 2 to 3 PM. The famly is beng served by, Bliss-Witters Cedar Chapel 13603 Northland Drive, N.E. Cedar Springs.
