Raymond Thomas Durnez

Raymond T. Durnez, 59 of Sand Lake, died Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at his home. Raymond was born February 16, 1948 in Detroit, MI the son of Raymond F. and Minnie (Fliearman) Durnez. His family remembers him as a great husband, father and grandfather. Surviving are his wife, Teresa; 2 children, Raymond, Jr., and Felicia; 2 grandchildren, Tristan, and Payten; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Thomas Fliearman. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4-6 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, www.blisswitterspike.com. There will be no funeral service, cremation will follow the visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung or Heart Associations.
