Phyllis Joy Starkman

Phyllis Joy (Ballard) Starkman, age 89, of Woodstown, New Jersey, passed away Monday, December 13, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Arthur Starkman in 2007; a brother, Alvin Ballard; and two sisters, Arlene Rector and Barbara Jean Mead. Surviving is her sister Maurine Hansen of Trufant; brother-in-law Charles Starkman of Chehalis, WA; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 2:00 p.m. at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Jim Howard officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs.
