Patricia L. Waters

Patricia L. Waters age 62 of Sand Lake passed away Friday, September 07, 2018 at Mercy Health-St. Mary’s Hospital. Patti was born January 15, 1956 in Las Vegas to Arden and Vera (Chiverton) Howe. She was a very loving wife and mother. Even as a young child she made friends very easily and she has many who will miss her. She is survived by her husband Keith; mother, Vera Brownell; children, Breanna, Jeffery, and Joseph Bibbler; sister, Edie Peterman; brother, Paul Brownell; several nieces and nephews. A memorial celebration will be held Sunday, September 23 from 1 - 5 pm at the Sand Lake VFW Hall. Eulogies will be held at 2:00 pm and a meal to follow.
