Patricia L. Rivera

Patricia Lee Rivera age 77 of Cedar Springs, died Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital. She was born September 15, 1948 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Paul and Elizabeth (Battjes) De Boer. Patricia was a active member of City Impact Cedar Springs since she became a member in 2015. She enjoyed bowling and loved to watch horror movies.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Shelley) Nichols, Julie (Roland) Sherburne, Barbara Bolt; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Dawn Battjes; siblings, Donny, Jim and Joanne De Boer.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 1 at City Impact Cedar Springs. Family will greet friends following the service.
