Patience L. Williams age 81 of Cedar Springs, died January 1, 2025 in Wyoming surrounded by family. She was born January 13, 1943 in Holton Township, the daughter of Carl and Patience (Van Etton) De Long. Patience had a passion for embroidery, sewing, and other crafts. In her youth she enjoyed snowmobiling on Michigan trails. Most of all, Patience cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Harry A. Williams; children, Harry C. (Karen) Williams, Scott (Cindy) Williams, Todd (Francina) Williams, Chris (Rachel) Williams, Debi (Bill) Joling; precious dog, Annie; grandchildren, Becky (Jesse), Carl (Jenni), Trevor, Danielle (Chad), Dayna (Tim); great-grandchildren, Summer, Austin, Alyssa, Sabina, Caden, Jaiden, Dominick, Jax, Natalie, Catrina, Ollie; great-great-granddaughter, Wrenley; several nieces and nephews. Patience was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
