Opal F. Waller

Opal Faye Waller age 90 of Cedar Springs, died Thursday, October 14, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 23, 1931 in Tyrone Township, MI the daughter of Frank and Auril (Wells) Middleton. Opal worked at General Motors for many years. She enjoyed dancing, country music and traveling. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her children, Judy Turner, Gail (Carl) Dunn, Janet (Lloyd) Ingersoll, LuAnn (Jeff) Piatt, Margie (Schmitty) Schmitz, Robin (Steve) Brott; daughter-in-law, Julie Barnhart; 22 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Lucille Middleton, Glenda Quinlan. She was preceded in death by her children, Mark Barnhart, Myron Waller, Kellie Fast; siblings, Vera Armstrong, Agnes Feikema, Leone Davis, Cleo, Clair, Barth, Francis (Butch) Middleton. A memorial service will be held at the Cedar Springs American Legion 1:00 pm Friday, October 22 with a luncheon to follow. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
