Noel D. Maxson

View Photo Tribute Noel D. Maxson, 74 of Spencer Township, Sand Lake, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at his home. Mr. Maxson was born March 19, 1933 in Grand Ledge, MI the son of Arnold and Fondalete (Welton) Maxson. He was a former member of the Harvard Fire Department and had been a vendor at many area flea markets and helped to clean up after them. Surviving are his 5 children, Garrett Maxson, Fondalete & Kenneth duChemin, Brenda & Steve Norvell, Amy Maxson & Mark Roberts, Eric & Elizabeth Maxson; 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Doug & Debbie Maxson; 4 sisters, Doreena & Jim Stark, Maryellen & Philip Gooch, Almeda & Bill Uskert, April & Bill Decker; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 45 years, Betty Maxson on March 5, 2007. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 Noon until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, www.blisswitterspike.com.
