Nancy Ann Pagel, 82 of Cedar Springs went to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 5, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 4, 1937 in Willows, CA the daughter of Ralph and Lillian (Murch) Jones. Nancy was a wife, mother, sister, grandparent and great grandparent. She was full of life. If she wasn’t on the phone chatting it up with anyone and everyone, she was in front of a TV cheering on her Lions. Nancy was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a member at Post 47 in Comstock Park for 40 years. She was a faithful member of her church, St. John Paul II Catholic Church of Cedar Springs. She was preceded in death by her brother Dick Jones. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years Franklin Pagel of Cedar Springs; children, LoraLee Nauta (Jeff) of Kent City, Jay Nauta (Lisa) of Atlanta, Georgia, Trudy Billow (Gale) of Cedar Springs, Tony Parker (Melissa) of Comstock Park; stepchildren, Marilyn VanRiper of Bay City and Dan Pagel (Marilyn) of Comstock Park. She loved her 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Audrey Acquisto, Jack Jones, Kay Horton, Debra Jones all of California. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday March 10, 2020 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Cedar Springs at 10:30am. The family will have visitation of 9:30am - 10:30am at the church. Rev. Fr. Lam Le Celebrant. Burial will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or church.
