Michael A. Armato

Michael A. Armato 59 of Coral died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Spectrum Health – Butterworth Campus. Mike was born May 3, 1959 the son of Dr. Andrew and Patricia (Schnepp) Armato. He was a master journeyman electrician and had opened Armato Electric in 2007. He had a very outgoing personality, was very generous and would do anything for anybody. He loved rock and roll music, deer hunting and riding his motorcycle. He loved his wife, family and grandchildren and lived for them. He will be greatly missed. Surviving are his wife, Sharon; children, Heather (Andrew) Odren, Adam Brown-Armato, Dylan Armato; grandchildren, Lauren Odren, Brandon VanDyke, Sally Odren, Evan Odren; mother, Patricia Armato; brother, Douglas (Patrice) Armato; sister, Rebecca Armato. He was preceded in death by his father and parents-in-law, Melvin and Evelyn Evans. The family will greet friends Wednesday from 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. The service will be Thursday 12:00 pm at Grace Evangelical Free Church, 4714 13 Mile Road, Rockford with a luncheon to follow. Please wear casual attire. Pastor Kevin Reed officiating.
