Margaret L. Castor

Margaret L. Castor, 77 of Cedar Springs, died Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Metron of Cedar Springs. Marge was born December 14, 1933 in Sand Lake, MI the daughter of George and Frances (Smith) Castor, Sr. She graduated valedictorian from Rockford High School Class of 1951. She then went to work at Michigan National Bank in Grand Rapids for the next 30 years. Surviving are a sister-in-law, Beulah Castor; many nieces and nephews; treasured friend, Dorothy O’Brien; and many of her former coworkers at Michigan National Bank. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Theresa Garrett; brothers, George, Albert “Fred”, and Robert Castor. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Rev. Fr. Joseph W. Kenshol officiating.
