Marcella J. Tovey

Marcella J. Tovey age 93 of Cedar Springs, died Monday, September 18, 2023 at Corewell Health Butterworth Campus. She was born April 13, 1930 in Sherman Township, MI the daughter of William and Anna (Strongmeyer) Hendrickson. She enjoyed camping, traveling, crocheting and bingo. She was a wonderful wife, mother and cook. Surviving are her sons, Raymond (Janet) Tovey, Willis Tovey Jr., Larry Tovey; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Tovey Sr. and a son, Kenneth Tovey. The family will greet friends Saturday from 11:00 am until time of Mass at 12:00 pm at St. John Paul II Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Lam Le celebrant. Private interment Graceland Memorial Park, Grand Rapids. Memorial contributions may be made to Boys Town, 14100 Crawford Street, Boys Town, NE 68010. Arrangements by K.E.
