M. June Hawkins

Marion June Hawkins age 86 of Ensley Township, Sand Lake, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 22, 2008. June was born June 13, 1922 in Cedar Springs, MI the daughter of Elzy and Bernice (Eldred) Parker. She was a member of Ensley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 2000; a daughter, Louann Boonstra; and a son, James Hawkins. Surviving are 4 grandchildren, Karen Brooks, James Hawkins, Danette Vega, Krischa Winright; 12 great grandchildren; son-in-law, Dennis (Joyce) Boonstra; 2 nieces, Nancy Zufelt and Kim Schuitema; 2 nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, where services will be held Wednesday 11:00 am. Interment Crandall Cemetery, Ensley Township. Memorial contributions may be made to Ensley Baptist Church.
