Lorraine E. Moore

View Photo Tribute Lorraine E. Moore, 80 of Cedar Springs, died Saturday, May 6, 2006 at her home. Mrs. Moore was born May 27, 1925 in Greenville, MI the daughter of Harry and Mary (Costen) Hansen. She enjoyed music, playing her trombone in high school and the piano throughout her life, swimming, her flower gardens, reading novels and reading the Bible daily. She enjoyed traveling throughout 49 states with her husband. Surviving are her husband, D. Herbert; 3 children, Ellen & Garry Seither of Irving, TX, Jim & Karen Moore of Grand Haven, Alisa Forbush & Tom Brayton of Trufant; 4 grandchildren, Josh, Jennifer, Jessica, and Alex; 1 great grandson, Isaac; 1 sister, Helene & Harold Conley of Rockford; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 am until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 am at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Brian Rafferty officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Springs Public Library or Hospice of Michigan.
