Logan M. Mcvicker

Logan Matthew McVicker age 19 of Cedar Springs died Monday, February 20, 2023 as a result of a car accident. Logan was born September 19, 2003 in Grand Rapids, MI, the son of Danielle Benham-Johnson and Phillip McVicker. He graduated from Kent City High School in 2022 where he was involved in football, wrestling and track. He was also a homecoming king. Logan was very musical and loved to make everyone laugh. He is survived by his mother, Danielle (Shawn Tobin) Benham-Johnson; father, Phillip (Melissa) McVicker; sisters, Shylee Benham-Richards, Lillianna Haminger-Benham; brothers, Gage, Reid, Beau McVicker; grandparents, Deborah (Charles) Richards, Phillip (Carol) McVicker, Robert (Lori) Whalen; great grandparents, Ronald & Susan Johnson, Joanna (Stan) Rhew, Bud (Mary) Hill; girlfriend, Alexis Miras; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandpa, Ronald Johnson Jr. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 25 from 11:00 am until time of 12:00 pm service at K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Scott Manning officiating. A lunch will follow the service at the Harvard Tavern, 12607 Harvard Ave. NE, Cedar Springs. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
