Linda J. Patterson

Linda J. Patterson, 70 of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2014. She was born February 7, 1944 in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of Forrest and Olive (Ripley) Dakens. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Sheldon Dakens, Virginia Young, Leo Dakens and Donna Empie. She is survived by her children, Vern (Kelly) Patterson of Rockford, Dale (Mely) Patterson, Jr. of Florida, Mark (Robin) Patterson of Grand Rapids, Connie (Butch) Drent of Cedar Springs, Patrick (Tracy) Patterson of Florida, Trudy (Jeremy) Rode of Howard City; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Loren (Wayne) Bunker; brother-in-law, Tony Empie. More than anything, Linda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Please join us Friday from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
