Letha Jane Hemmes, 88 of Howard City, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Spectrum Health – United Memorial Campus, Greenville. Letha was born January 9, 1922 in Sand Lake, MI the daughter of Lewis and Della (Seevers) McKay. Surviving are her children, Larry Kilts of Howard City, Ron (Shirley) Kilts of Greenville, Patricia (James) Tompkins of Morley, Pam Hansen of Greenville, Robin Soules of Howard City; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Kilts. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Doug DiBell officiating. Interment Solon Township Cemetery.
