Leah Nadine (Eastman) Almy

Leah N. (Eastman) Almy age 35 of Cedar Springs, died Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital, Greenville. Leah was born December 18, 1983 in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of Chris and Debra (DeKlyen) Eastman. She loved garage sales, cooking, music, animals and was undefeated in board games. She was a very giving, thoughtful and kindhearted person. Surviving are her son, Cameron Almy; parents, Chris and Debra Eastman; sisters, Athena (Jon) Standhardt, Kristi (David) Jachim, Lindy (Andrew) Rowe, Kylie (Milton) Burns III; fiance, Chris DeYoung; grandfather, Warren Eastman; 11 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frances and Joan DeKlyen and Myrna “Red” Eastman. The family will greet friends Wednesday from 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where the service will be held Thursday 12:00 pm. Visitation will be held Thursday 11:00 until service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America or the Renucci House, Grand Rapids.
