Larry K. Wieda Sr

Larry K. Wieda Sr, age 80 of Ensley Township, Howard City died Thursday, April 26, 2018 at his son’s home. Larry was born September 14, 1937 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Douglas and Gladys (Crandle) Wieda. He worked for American Seating Company and retired after 44 years of service. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed car shows and working on cars. He had a great sense of humor and also enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. Surviving are his son, Todd (Jane) Wieda; granddaughters, Katie (Mike) Workman, Kim Wieda; great grandsons, Gabriel and Connor; sister, Sharon Wieda. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Charlene; son, Larry Jr; brother, Douglas Jr. The family will greet friends Monday from 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where the service will be held Tuesday 11:00 am. Pastor Chuck Smith officiating. Interment North Ensley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Michigan, 989 Spaulding SE, Ada, MI 49301.
