Kurt A. Rodibaugh age 74 of Kent City, died Thursday July 3, 2025 at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital. He was born September 8, 1950 in East Grand Rapids, MI, the son of Ralph and Norma (Baker) Rodibaugh.  He loved fishing, traveling to Alaska, being in the outdoors, camping and motorcycles. They enjoyed spending family time at the cottage by Big Bend and Oxbow Park. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joan; children, Ben Rodibaugh, Rachel (Traverse) Scholz, Rebecca (George) Hoop; grandchildren, Shelby Scholz, Traverse (Sydney) Scholz, Kaylyn Scholz, Geoge Hoop, Zane Hoop, Emileigh Hoop; great grandchildren, Jacob, Callum, Elara, Lily Scholz; siblings, Kevin Rodibaugh, Deb (Cliff) Tanis, Lisa Woods; aunt, Barb Hoekzema; several nieces, nephews, cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law, Theresa Rodibaugh, brother-in-law, Dan Woods and best friend, Steve Zeinstra. Memorial services will be held 12:00 pm Friday, July 18 at K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs with visitation at 11:00 am. Pastor Bruce Wilson officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the American Legion, Cedar Springs.
