Kathleen P. Rush

Kathleen P. Rush age 80, died Wednesday September 10, 2025 at her home in Sand Lake surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 5,1944 in Pontiac, MI, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret (Campbell) Mendoza. Kathy enjoyed tending her flower garden and listening to Elvis. Kathy’s life revolved around her family. She had a big heart and always had a smile to share with friends and family. Kathy was a mother to many and cared for everyone. She will be missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Ford, Tisha (Brian) Beltz, Heather (Chris) Wooden; grandchildren, Jazmine, Jayla, Michael, Joshua, Miles, Isaac, Salarro; great-grandchildren, Collette, Jocelyn, Lucas and one on the way. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 12:00-4:00 p.m., at Rockford Ambulance Community Room, 8450 Shaner Ave Rockford, MI 49341. Arrangements by K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
