Karen A. Colby

Karen A. Colby age 77 of Cedar Springs, died Friday, December 23, 2022 at her home. She was born July 8, 1945 in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of Alex and Helen (Woltanski) Jarmolinski. She enjoyed baking, sewing, trips on the motorcycle and loved spending time with her grandkids. Surviving are her husband, Paul who she married on June 24, 1970; children, David Colby, Christina (Steve) Briggs, Stacy (Joe) Hubert, Paul (Angie Taylor) Colby II; grandchildren, Jonathon, Emily, Tammy, Trevor, Hailie and Trystan; 3 great-grandchildren; in-laws, Phil (Barb) Colby, Marty (Bill) Davis; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Roger and Terry Jarmolinski; sister, Noreen Wehler. The family will greet friends Tuesday, Dec. 27 from 5-7 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday 11:00 am at Mary Queen of Apostles, 1 W. Maple St. Sand Lake. Rev. Fr. Lam Le celebrant. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mary Queen of Apostles Church.
