John J. Crandall

John J. Crandall age 58 of Sand Lake passed away peacefully, Friday, May 26, 2023 at his home. John was born July 2, 1964 in Oakland County, MI the son of Frederick and Sharon (Smith) Crandall. He was a moulder operator working for Elenbaas Hardwood. He loved anything in the outdoors, planes, boats, and grilling. He was a member of the NRA and an advocate for the 2nd Amendment. Surviving are his wife, Rose; step son, Jayson (Dorie) Long; he was a grandpa and great grandpa; brother, Brian Crandall; sister, Allison (Scott) Covell. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Stan Crandall; step daughter, Valerie. A celebration of life will be held from 2-7 pm on Friday, June 9 at Long Lake Park in Sparta.
