John F. Baguss

John F. Baguss, 86 of Sand Lake, died Sunday, March 22, 2009 at his home. Mr. Baguss was born December 5, 1922 in Stortum, Denmark the son of John and Julia (Falk) Baguss. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy and had retired from Dohler-Jarvis Corp. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are his wife Rosalee (Byrne); two children, Gerald (Gay) Baguss, Sue (David) Arszulowicz all of Sand Lake; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. A memorial service will beheld Wednesday 10:00 am at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Rev. Fr. Joseph W. Kenshol officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to plant trees in memory of John.
