Jarvis E. Miller

Jarvis E. Miller, 78, of Sand Lake, was called by his loving Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 26, 2006, to his Heavenly Home. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys (Wainright) Miller. He is survived by his wife Janet Wainright –Miller, his children; Larry Miller, Linda Sayles, Nancy (Gordon) Hawley, Shirley (Rick) Tompkins, Charlie Miller and Merriann Miller, 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, stepchildren; Philip (Gloria) Wainright, Ilene (Kevin) Shell, Beverly Randall, Ruth Wainright and Steve (Julie) Wainright; 10 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Jean Kinsley, brother, Ronald Miller, and sister-in-law, Margaret Bass. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, with Pastor Joan Skinner of Victory Church in Rockford and Pastor Verta Giddings of The Church of the Full Gospel in Sand Lake. Interment at Crandall Cemetery with Pastor Ken Jourden.
