J. Arthur Starkman

J. Arthur Starkman, 90 of Woodstown, NJ died Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Memorial Hospital, Salem, NJ. Mr. Starkman was born May 2, 1916 in Carlock, IL the son of James and Clemma (Jones) Starkman. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army. He retired from Texaco. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis (Ballard) of Woodstown, NJ; 1 brother, Charles Starkman of Chehalis, WA; 1 sister-in-law, Maurine Hansen of Trufant; 3 nieces. He was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Mabel Norman, Opal Renfro, Ruth Kesich and Nellie Webber. Visitation will be held Friday from 3:00 pm until time of funeral service at 4:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Jim Howard officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs.
