Gerardo “Jerry” Gonzalez Sr. age 60 of Grant, MI, died Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at his home. He was born May 2, 1963 in Fremont, MI the son of Eusebio and Maria (Castro) Gonzalez. He loved coaching his kids on their softball, football, basketball and soccer teams. He is survived by his children, Maria Gonzalez, Jerry (Megan) Gonzalez Jr., Alicia (Derrick) McLeod, Christian (Kelsey) Gonzalez; former spouse, Julie Gonzalez; grandchildren, Maverick, Gunnar, Ella, Jasmine, Dominic, Archer, William; siblings, Maria (John) Hawk, Rosa (Dave) Jansson, Juan (Cheryl) Gonzalez; several nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends 10:00 am Friday, March 15 at Kent City Baptist Church 400 W. Muskegon St. Kent City where the service will be held at 11:00 am. Pastor Chris Weeks officiating.
