George M. Meuser

George M. Meuser age 86 of Sand Lake, died Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his home. George was born August 10, 1932 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of George and Stella (Chehowski) Meuser. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He had been a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Grand Rapids and Bethel Lutheran Church, Howard City. He was an avid sportsman, rodeo rider and a member of the Grand Rapids Saddle Club. He was a loving and caring father and grandfather. His grandchildren were his life. Surviving are his children, Kim (Kathryn) Meuser, Brian (Beth) Meuser, Nancy (Mark) Ducat; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents; wife, June in 1983; brother, Bud (Terri) Meuser. The family will greet friends Tuesday from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 11:00 am at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Private interment Rosedale Memorial Gardens, Standale. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
