Fay Young

Fay Young, 91 of Cedar Springs, formerly of Comstock Park, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at her daughter’s home. Mrs. Young was born July 21, 1923 in Grandville, MI the daughter of Ralph and Elizabeth (Moore) Brooks. She worked at the Blythefield Country Club for 35 years. Surviving are her children, Carole Stevens, Larry (Audrey) Young, Steven (Chris) Young, Kathy (Ray) Siefken, Tammy (Alan) Karr; son-in-law, Charles Reep; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; sister, Avis Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence in 1979; daughter, Connie Reep; seven brothers and sisters. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, where services will be held Saturday 11:00 am. Pastor Larry Young officiating.
