Elizabeth M. Miles

Elizabeth M. Miles age 96 of Cedar Springs went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at The Brook of Cedar Springs. Elizabeth was born August 4, 1924 in Thornapple Township, MI the daughter of Albert and Ivah (Cushman) Buhr. She was a member of Ensley Baptist Church and was the first to be married in the church in 1942. She loved to read. Surviving are her children, Maxine Barendreght, Jacqueline Larsen, Ellen (Greg) Osborn; son-in-law, Bill Wells; grandchildren, Shelly (Ralph) Boerema, Kelly (Steve) Guentert, Tammy (Chad) Gould, Julie (Chris) Fennema, Jenny (Blair) Orsatti, Christine (Ronald) Behrenwald, Brice (Christina) Larsen, Jessica (Bill) Cox, Derek (Michelle) Yarworth, Aaron (Audrey) Osborn, Ashley (George) Kinsella, Angela (Dave) Soderquist, Matt Wells, Sarah Wells; 26 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; daughter, Charlotte Wells; son-in-law, Curtis Barendreght. The family will greet friends Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Coral. Pastor Chris Kaufield officiating. Interment Coral Cemetery.
