Dorothy K. Thomas

Dorothy Kae Thomas age 82 of Cedar Springs died Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Valley View Care Center. She was born July 27, 1943 in Cedar Springs, the daughter of Morris and Audrey (Brown) Hunter. Dorothy enjoyed scrap booking and sewing. She was a member of Cedar Springs Women’s Club and loved attending and hosting the Christmas Tea. Dorothy was a devoted mother to her son. Surviving are her sister-in-law, Shelly Marion; best friend, Marjorie Alverson; two nieces and their families; many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, children, Amy Thomas and Douglas Thomas, brother, Danny Hunter. The family will greet friends 9:30 am Thursday, October 2, at K.E. Pike Funeral Home until the time of the service at 11:00 am. Pastor Dan Currie, officiating. Interment Courtland Township Cemetery.
